# First Team Community Office | Quick Start

**Purpose:** Use AI to strengthen your existing real estate business online while helping the right agents discover and evaluate joining your team.

1. **Create a new project** in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or your preferred AI platform. Name it `My Community Office Online Authority Project`.
2. **Upload the Master Context File** to the project's Source Files, Knowledge, or reference documents.
3. **Start a new chat inside that project.** Open the Starter Prompt file, copy the full prompt below its divider, and paste it into your chat.
4. **Answer one question at a time.** Your AI will learn your sales business, team structure, mentorship, lead opportunities (if any), ideal agents, and strengths.
5. **Share your existing public links.** Your AI will audit your website, First Team profile, Google presence, LinkedIn, and other sources when live browsing is available.
6. **Work through the personalized action plan.** Begin with accurate profiles and one clear team-recruiting path, rather than automatically creating a new website.
7. **Keep everything in the same project.** Update the plan as changes go live and results come in.

**Important:** This process should strengthen both parts of your business. You don't need to stop being an active real estate agent to be known as a credible team leader. Any public claims about team production, lead opportunities, support, or compensation must be accurate and approved as applicable.
